Streaming TV is no longer just a brand awareness channel. It’s becoming a core part of the performance marketing mix, alongside search and social. Vibe.co is building the platform that makes TV work like the rest of the acquisition stack: targeted, measurable, and optimized for results.
Vibe.co is an Audience First Streaming TV Advertising platform that gives marketers the tools to reach the right audiences, optimize campaigns in real time, and understand what’s actually driving business outcomes. With hyper-targeted segmentation, AI-powered recommendations, real-time optimization, and incrementality measurement, Vibe brings the precision and accountability of digital advertising to the biggest screen in the house.
Today, more than 12,000 brands use Vibe.co to reach 120 million+ households. And in August 2026, Vibe.co became a Walmart company, opening up a new chapter for the business and the industry. With Walmart’s first-party data and purchase signals now part of the Vibe platform, advertisers can connect TV advertising to real-world transactions and measure the impact of CTV with a level of precision previously associated with platforms like Google and Meta.
This is a unique moment to join Vibe. With Walmart’s scale, data, and reach behind us, we’re building the next generation of TV advertising and creating a more measurable, performance-driven future for the channel.

About the role

You’ll join Vibe’s People team and own full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market functions: Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. You’ll report to our Talent Acquisition Director.

GTM is our growth engine. Our bar is quality first, and we deliver 30+ high-impact hires a quarter. If you want real ownership of your searches and the autonomy to shape process, not just run it, this is that role.

What you’ll do

Own the full recruiting cycle

Run GTM searches end to end, from intake through signed offer
Source passive talent through LinkedIn, outbound sequences, and community networks
Run structured interviews and give hiring managers clear, evidence-based assessments

Partner with the business

Lead intake with GTM hiring managers to define scope, success criteria, and calibration benchmarks
Advise hiring managers on market realities, compensation, and interview best practices
Push back when a job spec or process creates risk. You’re a partner, not an order-taker.

Drive quality and speed

Keep a healthy pipeline across all your open roles
Track and report weekly on time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and offer acceptance
Spot bottlenecks and fix them

Raise the bar on candidate experience

Give every candidate clear communication, honest feedback, and a process that reflects our standards
Shorten time-to-offer without lowering the bar

Build the infrastructure

Keep our ATS (Ashby) data clean and accurate for forecasting and reporting
Help build scalable sourcing playbooks and interview frameworks as the team grow

What you need

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, CS, RevOps) at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech company
Track record of running multiple searches at once while keeping quality high
Strong sourcing skills with passive talent, not just inbound
Sharp instincts for GTM talent: you understand sales motions and quota structures, and what separates a good hire from a great one
Clear, direct communication that builds trust with hiring managers and candidates fast

Nice to have

Recruiting experience in adtech, martech, or streaming/CTV
Experience with Ashby

Our interview process

We respect your time. Here’s exactly what to expect:

Recruiter screen. We share context, you share yours.
Hiring manager interview. Meet the person you’ll work with day to day.
Sourcing strategy + live debrief. You’ll build a sourcing strategy for one of our live roles, then walk us through it.
Calibration interview. A senior leader joins to keep the bar consistent.
Offer. Fast. We don’t let good decisions sit.
