Description

For more than 60 years, Tyndale has helped readers discover the life-giving truths of God’s Word. Today we’re one of the largest independently owned Christian publishers in the world. Though our business has grown, our mission remains the same: to open God’s Word to as many as possible in language they can relate to and understand.

Join a team where people are the mission. We find, welcome, and develop the right people to help Tyndale open God’s Word to more readers around the world. We care deeply for one another and for every candidate and employee we serve, valuing how we work together as much as what we accomplish. And, we like a good challenge, so we set ambitious goals and bring creativity and excellence to everything from a candidate’s first impression to an employee’s growth at Tyndale.

In this role, you'll help bring the right people to Tyndale and help them thrive from their first day forward. As our HR Associate, Talent Management you’ll help shape the talent pipeline, candidate experience, and employee experience behind a ministry that reaches readers around the world. It’s a great fit for an early-career HR professional who loves recruiting, enjoys building better systems, and wants their work to serve a bigger mission.

What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Hiring Manager Partnership: Bring strong, mission-aligned talent to Tyndale by leading full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, evaluating candidates against role requirements, recommending selection decisions, and advising hiring managers on interview practice, candidate assessment, and employment requirements.
Campus & Internship Recruiting: Build Tyndale’s early-career pipeline by managing our internship and entry-level campus recruiting program, sustaining relationships with colleges and universities, and leading career fairs, campus engagement, and on-campus interviews.

Development & Employee Experience: Help employees grow and stay connected by coordinating training programs (including onboarding training), supporting performance management and transitions, and supporting engagement surveys, recognition programs, events, the employee newsletter, and intranet updates.
