As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you’ll help bring great people to TURBOCAM. You’ll coordinate interviews, keep job postings and candidate information moving, support hiring events, assist with job descriptions, and contribute to recruitment projects that help us find and attract the right people for our teams.

This on-site role in Barrington, NH, is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition while building your skills in recruiting and Personnel (HR). Come build with us!

Position Specific Responsibilities

Support day-to-day recruiting activities and assigned centralized recruiting programs.
Maintain job postings, including posting, updating, refreshing, and closing positions across internal and external platforms.
Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, interview, and recruiting activity records within the ATS and related tracking tools.
Coordinate interviews and related logistics, including scheduling, candidate confirmations, and communication with hiring teams.
Monitor outstanding recruiting activities and follow up on interview feedback, hiring decisions, offer approvals, and other action items.
Assist with planning and supporting hiring events, career fairs, campus visits, open houses, and other recruiting activities, including event coordination, materials, candidate communication, on-site support, and follow-up.
Support sourcing and talent pipeline activities through candidate research and outreach as assigned.
Assist with job description management, including coordinating updates, maintaining records, tracking review cycles, and supporting related projects.
Provide administrative support for recruiting projects, process improvements, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Associates’ degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years’ administrative, recruiting, Human Resources, customer service, or related experience preferred.
Familiarity with an ATS, HRIS, or other recordkeeping platform is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information appropriately.
