Hire the team that drives the business. As a Senior Recruiter you are the talent advisor to our North American hiring leaders and own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, functions, and levels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to directly shape the trajectory of the organization by aligning talent strategy to business strategy and bringing the right people into the right seats at the right time.

You will partner with hiring managers as a thought partner on their talent needs and the talent market — translating business priorities into hiring outcomes that move the company forward. You'll build proactive sourcing engines for our both niche roles and high volume businesses, run a candidate experience that reflects our values, and act as a brand ambassador. Success in this role is measured by the quality of talent you bring in, the speed and confidence with which leaders make hiring decisions, and the impact those hires have on business outcomes.
