The Opportunity

TopDog Law's Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our hiring engine. This role is built for someone who is interested in a career in talent acquisition, HR, or a people team — you'll support ATS and HRIS administration, draft offer letters, and support our internship program. If you're detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and energized by high-volume, fast-moving work, this is the perfect entry point into building a career in TA.

What You Will Own

Support ATS and HRIS (Rippling) administration — managing candidate and employee data, system configuration, and day-to-day upkeep
Draft offer letters from template, route them for signature, and track close dates and start dates with precision
Support the 2027 internship program — coordinating job postings, scheduling, onboarding logistics, and communication with hiring managers across Law and Business Org tracks
Manage high-volume recruiting administration across multiple open roles at once — scheduling, candidate communication, and pipeline hygiene
Maintain data integrity across the ATS and Rippling, catching gaps or blockers before they hold up an offer
Partner closely with our recruiters to keep candidates moving smoothly through the pipeline

What You Bring

Required

1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding
Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS platform — Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby
Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates

Exceptional attention to detail — comfortable managing high-volume, detail-heavy work without letting things slip Tech-savvy, with the ability to learn and administer new systems quickly

Experience at a small-to-mid-size company rather than a large enterprise environment
Based in or near the MST or CST time zones
Excellent written and verbal communication

What We Offer

Base Salary: $54,000 - $68,000, commensurate with experience
Our job postings reflect the compensation range for the specific market and location of each role. Ranges vary by geography based on local market rates and cost of labor.
Benefits include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, HSA, life insurance, disability coverage, paid time off, and parental leave.
