The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Starting with Valley Hospital Medical Center in 1979, the Valley Health System has grown to include Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center, Spring Valley Hospital Medical Center, Summerlin Hospital Medical Center ,Henderson Hospital, Valley Health Speciality Hospital, and West Henderson Hospital.

Job Description: Responsible for recruitment and selection of exempt and nonexempt positions by the development of effective recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

Education: Four-year college degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other applicable degree program. An equivalent amount of work experience may be substituted for four-year degree.

Experience: Two year's experience in two or more functional areas of human resources to include employment. Experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.

Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.

License/Certification: None

Other: Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state laws as they apply to human resources management.
