Who is STAT?

We are a technology-enabled financial operations partner, dedicated to helping retail suppliers and vendors drive value through deep expertise, ensure transaction accuracy using cutting-edge technology, and strengthen their financial operations with a white-glove approach. Our vision is to empower the world's leading brands to elevate profitability through operational precision, innovative financial solutions, and a workplace culture that inspires our people and partners to achieve excellence.

Culture at STAT

STAT is a fast growing, tech enabled services company headquartered in Bentonville, Arkansas with a team that spans across the U.S. We have built a strong foundation and continue to grow with purpose, guided by our vision to empower retail suppliers and vendors through innovation and excellence.

Our culture thrives on collaboration, inclusivity, and connection. We believe the best results happen when every team member feels empowered to lead, contribute, and bring their unique perspective to the table. As a remotely distributed company, we make it a priority to stay closely connected by celebrating milestones, birthdays, and big wins together no matter where we are.

At STAT, you'll find a team that works hard, has fun, and supports one another every step of the way. We're ambitious, driven, and passionate about the work we do, but just as importantly, we're kind, approachable, and genuinely excited to grow together.

About the Role

STAT and Moresby are hiring fast across two countries, and our clients and teams are asking for more people, sooner. We're adding a full-time, in-house Recruiter to run that engine day to day. You'll own the pipeline from first outreach to signed offer, and you'll have a real seat at the table with hiring managers and leadership while you do it.

This is a role for someone with hustle who wants to grow. You'll move fast, keep candidates and hiring managers informed, and care about candidate experience as much as speed. We hire for high EQ, curiosity, grit, and follow-through. We can teach you our process and our roles. We can't teach those. We're looking to start as soon as possible.

What You'll Do

Sourcing & Outreach

Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals, with direct, personal outreach that gets responses.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for roles we hire repeatedly, including sales-background candidates moving into negotiation roles.
Keep job postings current and compelling across LinkedIn and our company pages.

Screening & Interview Coordination

Run first-round screening calls and present clear, well-organized candidate summaries to hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate multi-step interview processes across time zones, including culture interviews, case interviews, and final in-person rounds.
Give every candidate timely, respectful communication, including fast feedback and thoughtful declines.

Pipeline Management & Partnership

Keep every candidate and stage accurate in our ATS and report on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and time to fill in regular pipeline reviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand what each role really needs, and push back when a search needs a different approach.
Coordinate with external search partners to keep submittals flowing and feedback moving.

Offers & Handoff

Support offer preparation and negotiation, and hand new hires off smoothly to onboarding.
