About the Position
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and bilingual Virtual Recruiting Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This position will focus on actively recruiting and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants across California, Arizona, Washington, and the Denver, Colorado area.
The ideal candidate is comfortable searching for potential employees through online job boards, community groups, social media, online forums, and other recruiting platforms. The goal of this position is to make sure we consistently have applicants available and ready to move forward whenever we have open positions.
This is a fast-paced recruiting role that requires excellent communication, follow-up, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities

Actively search for potential employees in California, Arizona, Washington, and Colorado.
Recruit candidates for full-time, part-time, and as-needed/cover positions.
Search online forums, community groups, job boards, social media groups, and other appropriate recruiting platforms for potential applicants.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates in each state.
Proactively recruit candidates even when there are no immediate openings to ensure applicants are available when positions become available.
Communicate with potential candidates regarding available and upcoming employment opportunities.
Explain available positions, general job expectations, and hiring requirements to candidates.
Direct interested candidates to the appropriate application process.
Assist applicants who need guidance completing their application or understanding the application process.
Follow up with applicants to ensure applications are completed.
Maintain accurate applicant information and recruiting records.
Communicate applicant availability and recruiting activity with the HR and management teams.
Help identify areas or locations where additional recruiting is needed.
Monitor recruiting activity and help ensure each market has an adequate pool of available candidates.
Maintain professional and timely communication with applicants.
Respond to applicant questions in a professional and helpful manner.
Help create a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the application process.
Follow company recruiting procedures and hiring requirements.
Maintain confidentiality of applicant and company information.

Bilingual Requirements
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, including:

Speaking
Reading
Writing
Understanding
The ability to communicate professionally with applicants in both languages is an essential part of this position.

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with a large number of applicants.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using computers, email, online platforms, and recruiting websites.
Ability to search and identify potential candidates through online communities and recruiting platforms.
Ability to work independently while meeting recruiting goals and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional and friendly communication style.
Ability to manage multiple locations and recruiting needs at the same time.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
