What You’ll Do

Build lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers
Provide ongoing support and communication throughout the recruitment process
Serve as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
Source candidates via a number of platforms
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
Conduct initial phone/virtual interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
Verify credentials and references
Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews
Manage the closing process with candidates post interview
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Attend job fairs and conferences

What You Need

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year physician recruiting experience strongly preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
Experience managing and overseeing candidate evaluation, scheduling video and onsite interviews, and conducting closing calls with candidates
Ability to effectively communicate with C-Suite, VPs, Directors, etc.
Professional demeanor and ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience
