Secured Assist is looking for a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our team in our Paris, TX office!

The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, identifying strong candidates, and helping build a successful team. Recruiting experience is preferred, but we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple candidates throughout the hiring process.

Must be available to work Monday?Friday in our Paris, TX office

Key Responsibilities

Manage the application intake process and maintain an accurate candidate pipeline

Review incoming applications and ensure candidates are appropriately moved through the hiring process

Schedule and conduct candidate interviews, both in-person and virtually

Develop and post strategic job advertisements designed to attract a strong and qualified candidate pool

Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Maintain accurate and timely recruiting records and candidate information

Partner with management to support ongoing hiring needs and recruitment goals
