Plan and execute store-level and regional hiring events to support peak-season or urgent staffing needs, while tracking, analyzing, and communicating event results pipeline health to all key stakeholders
Collaborate withTA, PBPs, and Store Leaders to align on staffing priorities and solve talent challenges
Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up, and a smooth, well-coordinated recruitment process
May provide occasional support for priority exempt requisitions as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager
