You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, develop creative sourcing strategies, engage with local talent communities, and help ensure we hire the right people to support safety, productivity, and operational success. If you enjoy building relationships, connecting people with opportunities, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Partner with Plant Leadership - Work closely with supervisors, managers, HR, and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies that support plant operations.
Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting - Manage the recruiting process from requisition through offer acceptance for hourly manufacturing, warehouse, maintenance, skilled trades, and frontline leadership roles.
Build Talent Pipelines - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using community partnerships, referrals, job boards, social media, hiring events, workforce development programs, local organizations, and direct outreach.
Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences - Serve as a brand ambassador for Reynolds, providing candidates with a positive, responsive, and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
Drive Hiring Results - Help managers move efficiently through the selection process, provide candidate insights, and maintain momentum to achieve hiring goals.
