The RPO Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruitment to support a slate of openings (up to 25 at once) and create relationships with Hiring Managers, Potential Candidates, and active candidates. Full Life Cycle = Source, Screen, Submit, Feedback, Offer, and on-boarding support.

Primary Responsibilities

Maintain real-time documentation in required systems (ATS, CRM, Trackers) as deemed necessary by management.
Source, Screen, Submit candidates in a timely manner to clients using email, ATS, and CRM as needed.
Create engaging dialogue with customers to foster long-term partnerships and calibrate as needed.
Maintain less than 5% aged requisitions (aged is 90 calendar days or older).
2 submissions per day minimum on average monthly.
Attend all scheduled meetings and participate in communication channels in real-time as needed.
Coverage for OOO is required, and outcomes are not changed based on PTO - a plan is needed for PTO to ensure outcomes are hit.
Other duties as assigned.
Must have a 1+ year high volume or technical recruiting experience.
Must have strong computer literacy and be comfortable using multiple screens at systems.
As a remote role, the work environment must be conducive to productivity with minimal distractions and high-speed internet connectivity.
Tenstreet experience preferred.
Experience in trucking industry preferred.
Experience in reporting/data preferred.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $60,000-70,000/year. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
