We are seeking a dependable, organized Office Assistant to support our Vice President with recruiting coordination, HR administration, business outreach, customer follow-ups, and daily office operations. Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Contact applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain recruiting records.
Assist with onboarding paperwork and personnel recordkeeping.
Answer incoming calls and respond to routine inquiries.
Make outbound calls to introduce business services, identify referral opportunities, and schedule appointments.
Track licensing renewals, training deadlines, and required documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments, paperwork, and service needs.
Maintain calendars, spreadsheets, contact databases, and follow-up logs.
Handle confidential employee and customer information appropriately.
Travel occasionally to business meetings, events, or other work locations as needed.

Qualifications

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
Ability to make professional outbound calls and follow up consistently.
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage competing priorities.
Familiarity with email, calendars, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Willingness and ability to meet occasional business travel requirements, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Administrative, recruiting, HR support, or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
$17–$18 per hour, based on relevant experience.
Performance bonus opportunities.
