Essential duties include

Collaborates with department managers to identify vacancies and staffing requirements.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organizations needs.
Creates job postings and advertisement support to ensure a steady flow of applicants.
Source qualified applicants using job boards, social media platforms, and existing talent pools.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Assists with the interview process as necessary.
Assists in the management of the applicant tracking system and background check systems; provides access to new users and conducts training sessions.
Compiles a weekly open job report for the company to communicate all vacancies to regional managers and the C-suite team.
Prepares offer letter packets, ensures the signature of pre-employment documents, and shares completed documents with stakeholders for proper filing.
Ensures that proper onboarding processes are followed promptly for new hires and internal transfers.
Updates community contact information sheets as new hires are made.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
Tracks and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Attends and participates in job fairs and other sourcing and networking opportunities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities to act as a bridge between employers and job seekers.
