The Recruitment and Operations Specialist is responsible for recruiting, enrolling, and onboarding new students while ensuring smooth daily school operations. This role manages applicant communications, schedules tours and orientations, connects students with appropriate staff and services, and handles operational tasks including ordering supplies, coordinating mail and copier maintenance, and submitting facility/maintenance requests to Trident Technical College.

Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions.
Must be able to successfully pass a background
Associate's degree with two (2) years office management experience; Certified Office Manager preferred.
