Position Title: Senior Healthcare Recruiter

Position Summary

As a Senior Healthcare Recruiter, you will be integral to building our workforce by identifying and securing top healthcare talent nationwide. You will collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans aligned with company objectives. Your expertise in candidate relationship management and seasoned approach to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition will drive results.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork.
Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases.
Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US.
Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in collaboration with operational partners.
Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals.
Provide guidance to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
Engage candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain their interest.
Collaborate with hiring managers for candidate selection and oversee the offer process.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and build a pipeline of potential candidates.
Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and identify recruitment process improvements.
Utilize creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits.
Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education Licenses/Certifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Experience

Extensive experience with an ATS; Dayforce experience a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or a corporate environment.
Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions

Generally, work in a remote office environment.
Potential for up to 30% travel to industry events and client sites.
Frequent and prolonged periods of computer and office equipment usage.
Ability to manage stress and maintain productivity under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Regular interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders through various communication channels.

Physical Demands

Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods.
Occasionally required to move short to moderate distances.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
