About the Role

As a Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through multiple channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Your efforts will directly impact the company's growth and success by ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, including temporary, contract, and permanent positions. Minimum Qualifications

Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
Demonstrated knowledge of staffing services and temporary staffing processes.
Experience in technical recruiting and contract recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with college recruiting and organizing recruiting events.
Familiarity with internet recruiting tools and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
Certification in recruiting or human resources (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP).
Background in recruiting for diverse industries or specialized technical roles.
Proven success in building talent pipelines for both temporary and permanent staffing.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and improve hiring processes.
