Preferred applicants will have a bachelor's degree in social work, human services, human resource management or a related field. Experience with customer service and recruitment is highly desired.

The RecruitmentRetention Specialist must have the ability to communicate effectively and possess the skills, energy, and desire to reach out and collaborate with numerous entities like media, faith communities, and families to increase the number of quality licensed foster and approved adoptive homes.
