About the Role
Our Inside Sales Representative – Recruitment Specialist role is a high-energy, consultative sales position for someone who loves building relationships, uncovering business needs, and turning opportunities into results.
You’ll work with businesses nationwide, prospecting for new clients while also managing and growing your own book of business. From the first cold call or virtual meeting through the close and campaign launch, you’ll own the client relationship and serve as a trusted partner throughout the sales process.
You’ll work closely with Client Success Managers to launch and optimize recruitment campaigns, giving you the opportunity to stay connected to the client beyond the initial sale and help ensure their recruitment marketing efforts deliver results.

What You Will Do

Drive new business through consistent prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings
Build relationships with small and mid-sized businesses nationwide
Uncover client hiring challenges and recommend recruitment marketing solutions aligned to their needs
Sell solutions across SEO, SEM, Social Media, OTT/CTV, Display Advertising, and more
Manage your own book of business, including closing new business, upselling, and re-engaging past clients
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue goals
Partner with Client Success Managers to launch, support, and optimize recruitment campaigns
Deliver a strong client experience from the initial conversation through ongoing partnership
Track activity, opportunities, pipeline, and performance using Salesforce
Consistently work toward and exceed sales and activity goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of inside sales experience, with B2B sales preferred
Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with confidence initiating conversations with new prospects
Ability to uncover client needs and recommend consultative, solution-based offerings
Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills
Comfortable working toward sales goals in a performance-driven environment
Experience with digital marketing or recruitment is a plus
Tech-savvy with experience using Salesforce or another CRM
Competitive, resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized
Strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple opportunities
Team-oriented and comfortable balancing individual accountability with collaboration

Own your sales cycle with confidence, consistently deliver against quota, grow existing client relationships, and identify opportunities to expand your book of business.
