About Linero

Linero is building the operational infrastructure that ensures the world's most sensitive technologies reach the right hands, and never the wrong ones.

Our customers include some of the most consequential companies in the world: leading AI labs, aerospace and defense primes, semiconductor giants, quantum computing pioneers, and companies pushing the frontier in chemicals, advanced manufacturing, and robotics.

We are an AI-native, venture-backed company creating a new category of software at the intersection of national security, industrial infrastructure, and enterprise AI.

The Role

Linero is solving a massively complex problem at a pace and scale that requires exceptional talent. Each current opening carries extensive ownership, which means the bar for hiring must meet the highest of standards.

To lead this effort, Linero requires an experienced recruiter who can act as a strategic partner to leadership in defining hiring needs, a trusted sounding board in candidate evaluation, and a hands-on sourcer and recruiter with the hustle, drive, and judgment to manage searches across different domains and seniority levels.

What You'll Own

Lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, from role design to pipeline generation to closing
Own proactive sourcing: identifying and engaging top candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative channel development
Manage relationships with external recruiters, investors, and other key talent sources in our network
Develop hiring infrastructure, processes, and standards to support scale
Partner with the CEO on hiring plans and strategy, and serve as a trusted evaluator throughout the process

What We're Looking For

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
Strong sourcing instincts: ability to discover and engage exceptional candidates and build pipelines at scale, rather than wait for inbound
Experience at an early-stage company; even better if you've hired in a regulated space such as finance, healthcare, defense, compliance or legal tech
Demonstrated ability to build process from scratch and implement tooling and infrastructure
Based in or willing to relocate to New York City

What we offer

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Meaningful equity in a company at an early and critical stage of growth
Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision
The opportunity to define how one of the most consequential companies of this era hires and grows
Direct access to leadership and genuine influence over how Linero is built

Equal opportunity & eligibility

Linero is an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
Start date is immediate, with flexibility for the right candidate. If you are not based in New York, we can accommodate remote work for an initial period and offer relocation assistance on a case-by-case basis.
