Your Day-to-Day

Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, colleges, trade schools, and industry organizations.
Manage open requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including creating requisitions, posting jobs, and moving candidates through the hiring process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring positions.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers across multiple markets.
Partner with hiring managers to develop and update job descriptions and recruiting strategies.
Coordinate pre-employment assessments as needed.
Prepare offer letters, extend employment offers, and initiate background screenings.
Ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding while providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Administer the employee referral program, including tracking referrals and coordinating referral bonus payments.
Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and other Talent Acquisition projects as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Previous full-cycle recruiting experience required.
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume environment preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
