The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced healthcare or general staffing recruiter to join HiredFirst as either:

A 360 Recruiter — someone who can work the full desk: bring your own client contracts (existing or newly developed), source candidates, negotiate offers, and close permanent placements start to finish, or
A 180 Account Manager — someone who already has an existing book of clients with open permanent roles. You bring the client contracts and requisitions; HiredFirst's existing recruiter network sources and delivers the candidates. You manage the account relationship and collect a 40% payout on every permanent placement closed.

Both roles require you to bring your own client contracts — either relationships you already have in place or new clients you develop and sign. This is not a role where clients are handed to you; your book of business is the foundation of what you'll earn from.

This is a commission-only role. There is no cap on what you can earn, and there is no ceiling on how fast you can earn it.

Most agencies pay recruiters 20–40% of the placement fee. At HiredFirst:

360 Recruiters keep 80% of every placement fee they close, start to finish.
180 Account Managers keep 40% on every permanent placement closed through their client relationships, with HiredFirst's recruiter network handling candidate sourcing and delivery.

That means the vast majority of every deal goes directly into your pocket — not absorbed by layers of overhead. We built this structure because we believe the people generating revenue should be the ones capturing it.

Real example: A recruiter who joined HiredFirst worked a full 360 desk — brought the client, sourced the candidate, negotiated the offer, and closed the deal herself. Her very first permanent placement generated a fee large enough that, at our 80% payout, she personally earned $26,000 from that single placement.

That's the model. One good deal, worked the right way, can change your month — or your year.

What You'll Do

If working as a 360 Recruiter

Bring and develop your own client contracts — existing relationships or new business you sign
Source and screen qualified candidates for permanent, direct-hire roles — primarily in healthcare, with flexibility to work roles in other industries
Manage the full placement cycle — intake, submission, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and close
Use HiredFirst's systems and automation tools to move quickly and efficiently

If working as a 180 Account Manager

Bring your existing client contracts and open permanent requisitions
Leverage HiredFirst's existing recruiter network to source and deliver candidates against those roles
Manage the client-facing side of the placement — relationship, communication, and expectations
Negotiate and close offers on submitted candidates

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in healthcare staffing or general permanent placement recruiting (other industries welcome)
A track record of closing direct-hire / permanent placements (360 experience) or an active book of clients with permanent openings (180 experience)
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Self-starter mentality — this is a commission-only role, so you're in control of your own pipeline and your own income
Comfortable working independently and moving quickly in a fast-paced, VMS/MSP-influenced staffing environment
Honest, transparent, and mission-driven approach to the work

Compensation

100% commission-based
80% payout for 360 Recruiters on all closed permanent placement fees
40% payout for 180 Account Managers on all closed permanent placement fees
No cap on earnings
Fast-moving deals mean fast-moving paychecks — there is no ceiling on how quickly a strong recruiter can close and get paid

Disclaimer: The 80% payout rate for 360 Recruiters applies to U.S.-based recruiters only. Recruiters based overseas are offered 50% of the standard payout rate.
