Our 12-week paid internship program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects that have an impact on our business. Throughout the program, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals receiving mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities that will expose you to various aspects of our industry.

In the Talent Acquisition department by

Supporting various business units across USD and Shared Services
Supporting full-cycle recruitment by sourcing candidate pipelines and conducting initial phone screens for high-volume and specialized positions across US Distribution.
Coordinating and scheduling virtual/in-person interview blocks, ensuring seamless communication and a positive experience for all candidates.
Assisting with job fair preparations, and social media recruitment campaigns to boost employer branding.

Maintaining candidate tracking, log interview feedback, and contribute to process improvement projects within the TA function.

Meet the following qualifications to be considered for our 2027 internship program

Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Communications or related field.
Must be authorized to work in the US.

Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
