Help us find great people and build great teams.

At Finger Lakes Dental Care, we know that great patient care starts with great people. We’re looking for a Full-Time Recruiter who enjoys connecting with others, building relationships, and finding the right people to join our growing team.

This is more than a job-posting-and-interviewing role. We want someone who is proactive, creative, and enjoys thinking outside the box when it comes to finding talent. From networking and community events to building relationships with local schools and developing future candidates, you’ll have the opportunity to make recruiting your own while helping shape the future of our organization.

If you enjoy meeting new people, have a knack for recognizing great potential, and like seeing your work make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full recruiting process, from posting positions to extending offers
Find and connect with candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, schools, social media, and community outreach
Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to identify strong candidates
Partner with Office Managers and leadership to understand hiring needs across multiple locations
Coordinate interviews and keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for clinical, administrative, and leadership positions
Represent Finger Lakes Dental Care at job fairs, career events, and community outreach opportunities
Look for new ways to improve recruiting strategies, hiring processes, and our employer brand
Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to make hiring more effective

Organized and able to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
A strong communicator who follows through on commitments
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
