JOB SUMMARY

Our Ethos Talent Acquisition team is growing and seeking a full-time Clinical Recruiter (REMOTE) to lead the hiring efforts for our Case Management division. This role owns full-cycle recruiting for nurse case managers and other clinical professionals, from job postings and proactive outreach to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding, while ensuring a seamless, high-touch candidate experience. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven recruiter with at least two years of experience hiring RNs, case managers, or other licensed clinical professionals. They have a true hunter mentality, know how to engage passive nurses, and understand what separates a strong case manager from a strong bedside nurse. Resourceful and adaptable, they are motivated by ambitious hiring goals and committed to delivering a professional, personalized experience for every candidate through clear communication, consistency, and genuine care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Full-Cycle Recruiting – Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for case management roles: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation.
Clinical Sourcing – Proactively source RNs and case managers using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, nursing networks, professional associations, social media, and direct outreach.
Clinical Screening – Conduct initial screenings to assess case management experience, licensure, certifications, and cultural fit.
Pipeline Building – Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill markets, including identifying high-performing internal employees for mobility opportunities.
Interview Coordination – Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Candidate Experience – Maintain a high standard of candidate engagement with regular, professional communication.
Data and Reporting – Keep accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track recruitment metrics such as time to fill and pipeline health.
Stakeholder Partnership – Partner with Case Management leaders and HR to understand regional hiring needs, role requirements, and priorities.
Market Knowledge – Stay informed about clinical hiring trends and compensation to recommend best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Experience/Skills

2+ years of full-cycle recruiting RNs, case managers, or other licensed clinical professionals (required).
Experience in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche clinical job boards (required).
Experience recruiting for workers' compensation, insurance, TPA, or managed care organizations (bonus).
Experience hiring remote or field-based clinical staff across multiple states (preferred).
Knowledge of nursing licensure, including the Nurse Licensure Compact, and common case management certifications such as CCM and CRRN (bonus).
Organized and able to manage a high volume of open requisitions at once (required).

WORKING CONDITIONS

This position is 100% remote, with required availability during standard business hours (consideration may be given to the candidate's local time zone). Occasional overtime may be requested during peak business periods to meet critical deadlines. This role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, operating a computer, and communicating via phone, video, and email.
