The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to find the best qualified candidates for the state specific open positions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years healthcare recruiting (remote) experience, preferably in a high volume / Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) position.

Our Administrative Support team members play a vital role and drive our mission to make a difference in the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder and their families. What will you do?

High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication.
Work with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs.
Sourcing candidates using our (Applicant Tracking System ) job boards, social media and other resources.
Use ATS to track your candidates' activities and job postings.

Requirements

At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting
High volume recruiting experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet and ADP
Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
