Why is this Role Essential?

The Recruitment Marketing Specialist is responsible for strengthening Concerto Renal Services’ presence in the talent marketplace and building meaningful connections with potential candidates before they apply. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent Acquisition, this role will develop and execute recruitment marketing initiatives that bring our employer brand, culture, career opportunities, and employee experience to life across digital and community channels. In addition, the specialist will proactively source talent for priority and hard-to-fill roles, helping the Talent Acquisition team build stronger pipelines and reach candidates who may not otherwise know Concerto. This role blends creativity, candidate engagement, and targeted sourcing to increase awareness, interest, and qualified talent across our growing organization.

What Will You Do?

Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that build awareness of Concerto Renal Services as an employer and attract talent to key roles and markets.
Create compelling candidate-facing content for LinkedIn, social media, career-site features, email campaigns, job advertisements, hiring events, and other recruitment channels.
Build a consistent employer brand presence that communicates Concerto’s mission, culture, employee experience, career opportunities, and impact on patient care.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders to identify employee stories, career pathways, team highlights, and other content that can be used to engage potential candidates.
Maintain a recruitment marketing content calendar and help ensure consistent, timely messaging across talent channels.
Track recruitment marketing performance and candidate engagement to identify which campaigns, messages, and channels are driving awareness, traffic, and applicant interest.
Serve as a field-facing employer brand partner by visiting clinics to capture employee stories, interview teammates, gather photos and content, and highlight Concerto’s culture, career opportunities, and employee experience across recruitment channels.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines by role, geography, and candidate audience in partnership with Talent Acquisition Consultants.
Support hiring events, referral campaigns, talent community initiatives, and special projects designed to expand Concerto’s candidate reach and employer brand visibility.

Collaborative, solutions-focused, and comfortable partnering across Talent Acquisition and the broader organization.

Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000

Competitive compensation commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement savings opportunities.

What's Required?

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
3-5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, talent sourcing, employer branding, social media marketing, recruiting, or a related field preferred.
Experience creating digital or social media content and writing candidate-facing or marketing communications preferred.
Experience with sourcing platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, job boards, or recruitment marketing tools required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to brand voice and candidate experience.
Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management abilities.
Ability to use data and engagement metrics to evaluate recruitment marketing and sourcing effectiveness.
Healthcare recruitment or employer branding experience is a plus but not required.
