What We're Looking For

Previous recruiting experience, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or another high-volume hiring environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and hiring priorities across different locations.
Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with restaurant managers and leadership teams.
A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to find the right candidates.

Why Join Our Team?
