Promote Bally's Chicago as an employer of choice through career fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives.
Develop talent pipelines through networking, referrals, social media, job boards, colleges, universities, and community partnerships.
Support full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and business needs.
Build and maintain relationships with colleges, workforce agencies, community organizations, and industry partners.
Coordinate property tours, hiring events, and informational sessions to promote career opportunities at Bally's Chicago.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Support onboarding, licensing, recruitment reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use a computer and other office equipment.
