Great Care Starts With Great People

At Ascentria Care Alliance, recruiting for our Senior Services Division is about much more than filling open positions. It’s about finding the nurses, CNAs, clinical leaders, and other dedicated professionals who make exceptional care possible.

Every successful hire strengthens our teams and helps ensure the older adults and families we serve receive the compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who loves recruiting, thrives on finding hard-to-find talent, and wants to use their expertise to make a meaningful difference.

If you’re the recruiter who doesn’t simply post a position and wait, but instead searches, networks, reaches out, builds relationships, and keeps going until you find the right person, we want to meet you.

We’re Looking for a Recruiter Who Wants Their Work to Matter

This is not just about filling requisitions.

When you recruit for Senior Services, the people you hire become the people our residents and families depend on every day.

We want a recruiter who understands that responsibility and is energized by it.

Someone who loves the hunt.
Someone who builds relationships.
Someone who finds talent others may overlook.
Someone who understands that the right hire can strengthen an entire care team.

If you’re an experienced recruiter who wants to combine your sourcing skills, creativity, persistence, and passion for people with a meaningful mission, this could be the opportunity for you.

Bring your experience. Bring your creativity. Bring your drive.

Most importantly, bring your passion for finding the people who will help us provide exceptional care to the older adults and families we serve.

Apply today and help us build the teams that will carry Ascentria’s Senior Services mission forward.
