About the role

Arete Health is seeking a proactive, results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to lead full-cycle recruitment across our growing outpatient rehabilitation platform.

You'll partner directly with clinical and operational leaders to identify hiring priorities, proactively source qualified talent, and build pipelines that support both immediate staffing needs and future growth. We're strengthening our internal recruiting function to drive more direct hires, reduce reliance on outside staffing agencies, and bring a more strategic, hands-on approach to talent acquisition.

What you'll want to know

Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 annually + performance-based hiring incentives.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | Eastern Time business hours.
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.).
Work environment: Reports directly to the Director of People & Culture and partners closely with regional operations leaders, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams. Occasional travel for recruiting events, conferences, or clinic visits may be required.

What you'll do

Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned clinical, operational, administrative, and leadership positions, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.
Proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through direct outreach, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, professional networks, and targeted recruiting campaigns.
Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines, including passive candidates, to support immediate hiring needs, difficult-to-fill positions, and future market expansion.
Partner with operational leaders and hiring managers to establish recruiting priorities, anticipate staffing needs, and drive timely hiring decisions.
Leverage recruiting technology, automation, and AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate engagement, and workflow management.
Maintain accurate recruiting activity within Rippling and track key performance indicators, including outreach activity, pipeline development, time-to-fill, and successful hires.
Develop relationships with clinical education programs, universities, and industry organizations to expand talent networks and support long-term recruiting initiatives.

What we're looking for

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in talent acquisition, staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or a comparable relationship-driven role.
Demonstrated ability to proactively source, engage, and build relationships with prospective candidates or clients.
Strong communication, organizational, and follow-through skills, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities.
Comfortable conducting outbound outreach through phone calls, email, text messaging, and professional networking.
Experience utilizing recruiting, CRM, or digital outreach platforms in a performance-driven environment.
Ability to work remotely during Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred

Experience recruiting within outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, rehabilitation, or a related healthcare industry.
Background in healthcare staffing, agency recruiting, or high-volume business development.
Experience building multichannel sourcing campaigns, including automated email and SMS outreach.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Rippling, or comparable recruiting platforms.
Established professional relationships within the Mid-Atlantic or Southeastern United States.
Experience recruiting clinical professionals, healthcare leadership, or other difficult-to-fill positions.
