Position Overview

The Recruiter/Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and placing high-quality candidates while also managing and developing relationships with client accounts. This dual role requires someone with strong communication skills, business development experience, and a passion for matching people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with client accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open roles across various industries
Manage the full recruitment cycle-from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and placement
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide market insights
Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals (placements, revenue, client retention, etc.)
Proactively identify business opportunities with existing and new clients
Maintain accurate records of candidates, job orders, and client communications in ATS/CRM systems

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruiting, account management, or staffing industry preferred
Strong business development and client management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and adaptable
Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and job boards is a plus
