Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team during an exciting period of expansion. In this role, you will support and drive full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to manage recruiting activities across multiple open positions.
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with role requirements.
Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Facilitate timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and maintaining engagement.
Partner with hiring managers to gather interview feedback, assess candidate suitability, and support hiring decisions.
Prepare and extend employment offers, supporting offer negotiations and successful candidate acceptance.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline activity, to drive data-informed decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, processes, and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
Support and enhance the organization's internship program, helping to build a sustainable pipeline of emerging talent.

Qualifications

2–6 years of experience supporting full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in healthcare, revenue cycle management (RCM), or related industries is preferred.

Salary range: $60,000- $80,000
