We are seeking a motivated, energetic Internal Recruiter to join our growing team. This position will be responsible for identifying, contacting, interviewing, and developing relationships with qualified candidates for a variety of professional positions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, enjoys talking with people, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other recruiting tools
Conduct outbound calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective candidates
Interview and screen candidates to understand their experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and qualifications
Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
Present qualified candidates to the appropriate internal team members
Coordinate interviews and assist candidates throughout the interview and hiring process
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the company's CRM/ATS
Follow up consistently with candidates and maintain an active recruiting pipeline
Work closely with Account Managers and other recruiters to understand current hiring needs
Meet weekly and monthly recruiting activity and performance goals
Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or other phone-based professional experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Ability to build rapport and relationships quickly
Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple candidates and searches simultaneously
Comfortable working with CRM, ATS, LinkedIn, and other technology platforms
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
