Job Overview

This Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting candidates who are currently active legal process servers or who are interested in gig work and becoming a legal process server. The recruiter will work with the sourcing team to conduct high-volume outreach to candidates, explaining the role and responsibilities of the job. This is a continuous recruiting function, requiring ongoing outreach across the US and execution of sourcing strategies based on market trends..

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through high-volume outreach activities (cold calling, SMS, email campaigns)
Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates across the US
Screen and vet candidates for role fit, reliability, and qualification requirements
Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent pools within our ATS/CRM
Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs
Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipeline status

Qualifications

1-2+ years recruiting in a high-volume environment
Legal recruiting or legal industry knowledge preferred
Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a high-volume, metric-driven environment
Proficient in Excel, including data tools and formulas
Experience creating and maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS [e.g., Greenhouse, Hubspot, metabase and proprietary system]
Experience creating e-marketing/outreach campaigns
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to focus on complex tasks in a fast-paced environment

Starting Pay: $55,000-$58,000-depending on experience

Schedule: RemoteFull-time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
