Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, workflows, and efficiency

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in healthcare, dental, or professional services
Experience supporting multi-site or regional hiring environments
Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement
Experience using ATS and HRIS systems
Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel occasionally to attend in-person recruitment events

What Sets You Apart

You bring a proactive and practical approach to recruitment, with the ability to manage both volume and complexity across multiple markets. You’re comfortable working closely with operational stakeholders, building relationships, and adapting your approach to meet the needs of different clinics and regions. You take ownership of your work, move with urgency, and focus on delivering consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes.
