Who We Are
We are one of the top donut makers and suppliers in the United States. We started at a small donut shop in York, PA, and have grown far beyond local shops to operate two large manufacturing plants where we produce millions of donuts each year (and counting!).
We’ve been delighting customers for more than 80 years with our high-quality products, industry-leading service, and competitive pricing. Our team is proud, passionate, entrepreneurial and non-nonsense.
Who You Are
You do more than post jobs and fill them. You care about finding the right talent to join our team, and you don’t stop there. You also know that finding great talent and helping people feel welcomed, connected, and included sets them up to succeed, which, in turn, sets Maple Donuts up to succeed.
You build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You adapt to shifting priorities, bring structure to processes, and are a continuous improvement and efficiency guru. You communicate with clarity and care. You are a process owner and want accountability for recruiting from start to finish. You enjoy finding ways to help connect employees with their work, their team members, tools that can help them, and the company overall.
