The Opportunity
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruiting efforts across our corporate, operations, and clinic support functions. This role is responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent for positions such as Practice Managers, Patient Care Coordinators, Medical Assistants, Contact Center, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other corporate support roles.
This is a high-impact role for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership of delivering exceptional talent. You will partner directly with business leaders, influence hiring decisions, and help build the teams that support Serenity's continued expansion.
What You'll Own
- Full-cycle recruiting for corporate and clinic support positions nationwide
- Building strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Driving candidate engagement and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates for capability, culture fit, and long-term success
- Managing recruiting activity and hiring metrics through the ATS
- Supporting workforce planning initiatives tied to new clinic openings and organizational growth
- Strengthening Serenity's employer brand and talent market presence
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruiting processes, speed, and quality of hire

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate, operations, customer service, retail, healthcare support, or multi-site organizations
- Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a high-growth environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
