Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist facilitates and implements all phases of a full-cycle recruitment process for designated clients. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition. Overall compensation package consists of base + bonus opportunities.
Key Results Area
- Actively participate in weekly collaboration meeting with internal operations to strategically manage open positions and resolve staffing issues
- Independently obtain and utilize 5 key market research components for each assigned geographic area to fully understand complexities that may impact staffing
- Acquire 5 key facility-specific attributes for each assigned site from the Operations team or Client
- Manage job postings for accuracy, timeliness to post/remove, and budgeting
- Complete achieving TA Key Performance Indicators
- Maintain aging of open positions at or below company average
- Maintain a lower percentage of open positions to closed job requisitions
- Contact qualified applicants within 24 hours of candidate submission
- Contact therapist within 48 hours of resignation notice in attempt to retain
- Immediately schedule interviews, site visits, and extension of offers to expedite process
- 100% accuracy of offer details and/or status changes communicated to client, entered into ATS and rehab documentation software within 24 hours
- Professional preparation of recruitment activity report as indication for client(s), following department template
- Evaluate and assess personal performance on a routine basis
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three years’ experience in talent acquisition/human resources (ideally in healthcare), or as a practicing therapist
- Basic understanding of recruiting methods and best practices
- Independent and self-motivated
- Innovative and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong proactive written and verbal communication supporting client satisfaction and retention
- Solid collaborative skills with team and clients with the ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Strong time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment
- Demonstrate discretion, sensitivity, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
- Microsoft Office and ATS proficiency, with the aptitude to learn new programs
