We are seeking a proactive, execution-minded Talent Acquisition Manager to own full-lifecycle recruiting and drive our commercial scaling strategy. Reporting directly to the EVP, People, you will serve as the operational engine of our hiring process-managing job postings, optimizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), advising hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Lifecycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end hiring workflows for commercial, sales, operations, and corporate positions, balancing high-volume cohorts with specialized executive hires.
  • ATS Management & Administration: Serve as the primary system administrator for our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)- managing job setups, interview workflows, scorecards, pipeline reporting, and system integrations.
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with managers to draft job descriptions, align on candidate profiles, design structured interview loops, and establish target hiring timelines.
  • Job Posting & Brand Management: Publish, optimize, and manage job advertisements across multiple avenues, specialized job boards, and internal career channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Content & Social Savvy: Strong passion or hands-on experience creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels) to showcase employer brand and workplace culture.
  • Candidate Experience & Offer Operations: Manage scheduling, candidate communication, offer letter generation, and pre-onboarding coordination in lockstep with the People Ops team.
  • Recruitment Metrics & Insights: Track and report on key talent metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pass-through rates, offer acceptance rates, and referral channel performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within fast-paced B2B services, corporate events, or high-growth environments.
  • ATS Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience administering and optimizing a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of building trust and influencing outcomes with senior executives and cross-functional hiring managers.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous organizational skills when managing candidate data, offer terms, and process documentation.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high-touch, candidate-centric approach.

Compensation is determined based on role and location and may consist of base salary and additional incentive compensation, including commission, or bonus, where applicable.
