Our custom thermal solutions support life sciences, plastics processing, food and packaging, aerospace, defense, and process industries.
Why this role matters
You’ll drive end-to-end recruiting and provide day-to-day HR partnership to plant leaders and employees — ensuring the right people are hired, onboarded effectively, supported, and retained.
What you’ll do
- Full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, technical, and salaried roles.
- Source creatively via trade schools, community partners, referrals, and hiring events.
- Guide workforce planning, candidate selection, and hiring decisions with managers.
- Run screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding with a top-tier candidate experience.
- Measure funnel health, analyze recruiting KPIs, and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
- Be the HRBP for operations: employee relations, coaching, performance management, and development.
- Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and company policies.
- Advance HR programs, training, engagement, and retention.
- Maintain meticulous records and HR reporting.
- Partner with the Sr. Human Resource Manager on compliance issues, policy/procedure violations, and atypical matters.
- Lead/assist on special projects that impact the broader company.
- Handle sensitive topics with discretion; model poise, tact, diplomacy, and safety.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–10 years as an HR Generalist/HRBP with manufacturing experience.
- Manufacturing recruiting background; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong judgment and confidentiality.
- Deep knowledge of employment law, recruiting practices, and employee relations.
- Self-starter, adaptable, results-focused, and resourceful problem solver.
- MS Office proficiency; MS Dynamics is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication; highly organized and detail-oriented.

Compensation
Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000
