About the opportunity

Recruit diverse maternal-health stakeholders and run inclusive, disciplined virtual listening-session operations nationwide.

What you will own

  • Build and maintain the participant universe, outreach tracker, coverage matrix, scheduling system, and consent/communications workflow.
  • Coordinate 13–16 virtual listening sessions across time zones and stakeholder groups.
  • Support facilitation, documentation, quality checks, follow-up, and secure file handling.
  • Track coverage and escalate representation gaps before fieldwork closes.

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years in stakeholder engagement, research operations, public-health outreach, or comparable multi-party coordination.
  • Demonstrated recruitment of clinical, state, community, rural, Tribal, or lived-experience participants.
  • Excellent virtual-event, scheduling, documentation, and privacy practices.

Preferred qualifications

  • Maternal-health or community-engaged research experience.
  • Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and accessible engagement practices.
