Job Description

Sourcing and screening of potential IT candidates
Interviewing prospective candidates and briefing them about the job description
Negotiating salaries, extending offers
Submitting relevant resumes
Lining up candidates for interviews
Facilitating the placement of candidates till they join
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly/yearly goals

Qualifications

Willing to work on a permanent night shift
Canadian staffing or US staffing experience
Experience performing full cycle Recruiting (Candidate Sourcing to On-boarding)
