JOB DESCRIPTION
At Hapag-Lloyd, we will support the further development of your skills in our culturally diverse, stimulating environment as you help us grow our customer base. As the Recruiter you will be the primary point of contact for sourcing and qualifying new employees for the organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of recent full-cycle recruiting experience
- Highly organized, detail orientated, and accurate
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Time management skills; Able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to meet
deadlines - Able to adapt to changing roles and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Must be resourceful and exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and a sense of urgency
- Encourage and support a positive and professional work atmosphere
- Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality of records and personal information
- The ideal candidate will successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have an ability to prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense
of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service - Microsoft Office computer application knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
