Elevate your career as a Senior Recruiter at GALLO, where you’ll manage full recruitment cycles and support innovative sourcing strategies. What You'll Need

  • Master's degree plus 2 years of HR experience to include corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of Gallo HR experience to include corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of HR experience to include corporate or agency recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR a high school diploma or state-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of HR experience to include corporate agency or recruiting experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Required to travel up to 10% of the time to include attending recruiting events and/or career fairs.
  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and sourcing across multiple locations, intermediate understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance, and basic understanding of recruiting concepts and ability to present them to leadership.
  • Advanced skills in written and oral communication.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook; advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software tools; internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases for candidate information.
  • Proven ability to leverage data to communicate recruitment results to the business and strong attention to detail in data management.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver positive experiences to candidates and hiring managers, leveraging customer service skills.
  • Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out

  • Experience with full lifecycle recruiting on a national and/or global level, advanced understanding of OFCCP and EEOC compliance, and experience presenting new recruiting concepts to leadership; advanced skills in written and oral communication, with experience in creating comprehensive recruitment reports, conducting candidate interviews, and presenting findings to hiring managers.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including MS Teams or SharePoint; advanced proficiency in ATS and HR software tools, with experience optimizing system use and training team members; experience leveraging AI and generative AI to improve recruitment processes and basic Boolean logic; demonstrated expertise in using data to inform recruitment strategies, optimize processes, and meticulous attention to detail in generating and analyzing recruitment reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead parts of projects or initiatives, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes, with experience participating in Agile practices, applying Agile principles to recruitment processes, and leading parts of Agile practices such as work planning sessions and sprint meetings; demonstrated expertise in providing exceptional experiences to candidates and hiring managers, with a focus on creating a seamless and engaging recruitment process.

The Fine Print

  • The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.
  • We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
  • This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
