We are seeking an internal Recruiter (Temporary) to support our headquarters in Irvine, CA for approximately 6 months.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt, non-exempt, and intern positions, including job postings, resume review, phone screens, interview scheduling, hiring manager follow-up, offers, and reference and background checks
- Source candidates and build talent pipelines
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and a smooth orientation and onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain our applicant tracking system and HRIS, run reports, and recommend process improvements
- Create and maintain employee files and I-9s, and conduct audits as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Support the broader HR team as needed
- Additional tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent in experience
- Minimum 3+ years of Human Resources experience with emphasis on recruiting
- Full cycle recruiting experience required
Proficiency with applicant tracking system and HRIS software (ADP preferred)
