Role
Overview
The Technician Recruiter will
play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled technicians
to enhance our teams across the Zeus Fire and Security Network. This individual
will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies,
sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring
managers to build a highly qualified and capable workforce.
Key
Responsibilities
- Source,
identify, and attract qualified fire and alarm technicians through various
channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and
industry-specific forums.
- Build
and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates to meet the
company's staffing needs.
- Conduct
initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and
cultural fit within the Zeus Fire and Security Network.
- Work
closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the
technical requirements and skills needed for fire and alarm technician
positions.
- Provide
regular updates on recruitment progress, share market insights, and offer
recommendations to optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure
a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from
initial contact to onboarding.
- Establish
and maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational
institutions, and relevant organizations to expand the network of
potential candidates.
- Stay
informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor
activities to make data-driven decisions and remain competitive in
attracting top talent.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full life-cycle
recruitment experience with strong ability for developing and implementing
sourcing strategies across various markets.
- Experience in a fast-paced,
growth organization.
- Proven experience as a
Recruiter, preferably in the fire protection and security industry.
- Strong networking skills and
the ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work
in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficient in using
recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Work Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting
at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15
pounds at times.
