Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, people-focused Independent Recruiter to help identify, engage, and recruit top property claims professionals, including field adjusters, desk adjusters, examiners, and other industry talent. This is a flexible 1099 contractor position ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and finding creative staffing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified property claims professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with adjusters and industry contacts.
• Utilize social media, professional networks, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting activity records.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and fill open positions quickly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of property insurance claims, including field and desk adjusting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Comfortable leveraging social media and online recruiting platforms.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Preferred Experience

• Prior recruiting, staffing, claims, or insurance industry experience.
• Existing network within the property claims industry.
• Familiarity with catastrophe and daily claims staffing.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor
• Flexible schedule and remote work environment
• $22 hour
