Description

The Recruiter will manage the day-to-day recruiting operations for the firm, ensuring a fast, organized, and high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact through offer. This individual will play a key role in sourcing top talent, managing a full pipeline of open requisitions, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate records. In this role you will work closely with hiring managers and firm leadership to understand hiring needs, follow established recruiting processes, and help build a strong, reliable pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (PinPoint).
  • Provide a responsive, professional candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Track and report on requisition status, pipeline health, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Support employer branding efforts and help build a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Assist with additional recruiting and HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent recruiting experience.
  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus.
  • Professional, personable, and able to represent the firm well to candidates.
